Yumi Lee is an internationally renowned fitness expert who has been active in the fitness industry for over 20 years; competing nationally in Sportaerobics, travelling the world as an international Master Trainer, honing the skills of professional athletes, and sculpting the bodies of Hollywood's elite.

Currently, Yumi is the co-owner of Reebok CrossFit LAB, a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in West Hollywood, CA, where she manages CrossFit, EFx Treadmill Fitness, Gymnastics and Mobility classes as well as Personal Training.

She has worked with Brad Pitt, Pink, Hugh Jackman, Deborra-Lee Furness, Nicole Richie, Jessica Alba, Sophia Vergara, Demi Moore, Orlando Bloom, Miranda Kerr, Julianna Margulies, Peter Krause, and Sporty Spice of The Spice Girls. She has used her sport specific training to work with professional football, basketball and tennis players, and she trained Lenny Krayzelburg, three-time Olympic gold medal winner for backstroke, with his core training. She also trained Sebastian Copeland to get ready for his expedition across Antarctica in 2009 and Greenland and the North Pole in 2010.

From 2006 to 2008, Yumi was the host and fitness expert of "My Workout" on the Lifetime Network.

In 2005 and 2006, Men's Journal Magazine selected Yumi as one of America's Top Personal Trainers.

Yumi was featured as the fitness trainer on the last three seasons of VH-1's fitness reality show, From Flab to Fab. She also has appeared on several news and entertainment shows, including Extra, to promote her style of training and what's new in fitness. She has had several spots on a national Reebok commercial with Missy Elliot and also has been the fitness expert and model in a number of fitness videos and infomercials. Yumi is also the voice of Maya, the personal trainer on a revolutionary concept in personal training; an interactive game, Yourself! Fitness.

Upon graduating from Virginia Tech, Yumi secured the fitness director position at The West End Executive Fitness Center located in Washington, D.C. where she worked with executives, professional athletes and high-level politicians. She was recruited by the Wellbridge Company in South Florida to work as the exercise director at the Athletic Club of Boca Raton. While there, she developed the most successful group exercise program in Florida. In 2001, Reebok hand-selected Yumi to join their elite group of Reebok University Master Trainers. She moved to Los Angeles and began to present and teach their programs nationally and internationally.

Yumi fitness style and philosophy have been quoted and her workouts have appeared in several top magazines and internet blogs such as Glamour, Shape, Self, Women's Health and Fitness, IDEA Source Magazine, US Magazine, Angelino, E! Fit Tips, E! News, CW Now, Access Hollywood, PopSugar Fitness and Stacked.

Yumi has been a fitness consultant with Reebok International since 2002 and created their exercise program in their partnership with Cirque du Soliel. She is certified through CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Coaches Prep Course, ACE, AFAA and she was voted one of America's Top 100 Trainers by Men's Health Magazine for two years in a row. She is also CPR Certified through the American Heart Association.

Yumi's intense style of training can be attributed to her personal experience in the world of athletics. She competed in the National Sportaerobics Competition from 1995 – 2001 where she won three gold, two silver and one bronze medal. Yumi believes that there is no greater investment than the investment in one's self -- mind, body and soul. Her combination of practical knowledge, realistic lifestyle changes and unwavering motivation challenges her clients both mentally and physically, ultimately bringing them to a new level of fitness.
